Right of withdrawal

We guarantee the quality of all the products in our store. In accordance with the current law on distance selling, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the goods and without indication of reasons within two weeks of their receipt so as to obtain a quick exchange or refund.

We will process the exchange or refund within 30 days of the receipt and check of the goods. The costs of returning the goods will also be refunded in the case of an error caused by us. As a replacement center, we can only supply you contact lenses that have been prescribed by your eye care professional and that you are wearing successfully. By continuing with your order you confirm that you are successfully wearing the selected lenses for which you have a valid prescription. Have your eyes examined regularly and always follow your eye care professional's instructions for the proper use and care of your contact lenses.
