1. Application and opposability of the general terms of sales
Any orders from the customer as well as any deliveries made by 1-Days S.àr.l. imply full approval, without any reservation, from the buyer of these general terms of purchase, excluding any and all other documents such as folders, catalogues issued by the seller and that shall possess an indicative value only.
The cancellation or non-applicability of one of the clauses under the general terms or under the special terms shall not entail the cancellation of the other general or special clauses which shall continue to be fully valid and applicable.
The information provided by the buyer when the order is being accepted shall be binding on the buyer: in the event of any error in the wording of the particulars of the recipient, the seller shall not incur any liability as to the impossibility in which he may find himself of delivering the product.
Orders shall become final only after they have been confirmed via settlement of the price by the buyer.
Offers for products shall be valid within the limits of the stocks available.
Orders shall be processed from monday to friday, except for legal holidays. Parcels shall be shipped from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg within a period of 2-6 workdays following the receipt of your payment, subject to the availability of stocks.
Delivery is made to your home or to any other address of your choice. It is your responsibility to provide us with the precise information and instructions required for the proper routing of your order.
A detailed invoice covering your order and drawn up in your name shall be enclosed with your order.
A contribution to the shipping costs (packaging and freight charges) shall be added to the total amount of the invoice. The shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method, weight and destination of your order and are quoted during the ordering process.
We shall not accept any responsibility as regards delays incurred by the postal services. Any failure to comply with the periods of delivery allowed shall not entitle to any claims for damages.
1-Days S.àr.l. shall decline any responsibility for late deliveries or for non-deliveries in the event of force majeure or of events beyond its control, which would make the performance of the agreement impossible or more expensive, in part or as a whole, or in the event of actions by third parties such as the suppliers of the parties to this agreement, subcontractors, agents and representatives or in the event where the customer fails to comply with his commitments.
As cases of force majeure that release the seller from his obligation to deliver shall be considered: war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of obtaining supplies. The seller shall keep the buyer informed in good time of any cases or events as enumerated above.
In any event, the delivery within the periods of time set shall take place only if the buyer has complied with all of his obligations with regard to the seller.
Credit card (Worldwide)
The fastest and most secure method of payment by credit card is our online secure payment system. With pay@cetrel e-Commerce, you can pay directly for your order in all security with Visa or Euro/MasterCard. In the event of non-validation of the payment by the credit card clearing organisation, the order will be deemed not to have taken place. Your credit card account will be charged after the ordering process.
Bank Transfer (European Union member states)
Since 1st July 2003 it has been possible to pay by bank transfer between European Union member states without additionall charges. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by return with our bank details. The delivery times quoted in the terms and conditions of sale only run from the day of receipt of your payment and not from the date of your order.

We guarantee the quality of all the products in our store. In accordance with the current law on distance selling, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the goods and without indication of reasons within two weeks of their receipt so as to obtain a quick exchange or refund.
We will process the exchange or refund within 30 days of the receipt and check of the goods. The costs of returning the goods will also be refunded in the case of an error caused by us. The products must be carefully packed. 1-Days S.àr.l. is entitled to refuse damaged or used products. The goods must have postage prepaid and be sent by registered mail to the following:

The prices quoted in the catalogue are in EURO. The prices are deemed to include VAT of Luxemourg, but exclude the shipping costs. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time but we undertake to apply the price scales in force of which you will have been informed at the time the order was placed.
The parties will use all means at their disposal in order to settle amicably any disputes regarding these terms and conditions of sale. In the event that the parties do not manage to settle their disputes amicably, the courts and tribunals of Luxembourg will have sole jurisdiction. Only law of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is applicable in the event of dispute. The French text of this agreement shall be the original text.
Amendments to the standard terms and conditions of sale
Taking into account possible developments of the site, 1-Days S.àr.l reserves the right to adapt or amend the current standard terms and conditions of sale at any time. The new standard terms and conditions of sale will only apply to sales made after the amendment.
