Payment by credit card

We have entrusted our payment system to Cetrel, a leading company in the field of secured payments on internet in Luxembourg. Cetrel guarantees complete privacy of your payment details. The transfer of this sensitive information is made between the customer and Cetrel’s secure site. So we do not know your credit card number at any time. The communication between your browser and the bank’s servers is made using the latest SSL 128-bit encryption techniques. It is not possible for the customer to use a browser that would not support this encryption technique. Acceptance of the payment is transmitted direct to you by Cetrel after the validity check of your credit card. Cetrel is protected by various firewall and protocol conversion systems to prevent access to the data or to the payment processors by unwanted intruders and has a valid certificate.

Important! We do not keep any credit card numbers on our server. This is the reason we ask you for this information with every order you place. Your credit card account will be charged after the ordering process.

European Payment:

Since 1st July 2003 it has been possible to pay by bank transfer between European Union member states without additional charges.

Imperative conditions to respect for an European Payment:

- The payment is in Euro
- The maximum amount is 50.000 EUR
- The accounts of the ordering and the beneficiary customer are held in a EU country.
- The beneficiary customer account number is in IBAN format + BIC beneficiary customer.
- Shared charges (SHA) Option: Transaction charges on the Sender's side are to be borne by the ordering customer, transaction charges on the Receiver's side are to be borne by the beneficiary customer.

Important remark:

Every transfer that does not respect the criteria of an European Payment will be submitted to a tariff for international transfers by your bank.

As a replacement center, we can only supply you contact lenses that have been prescribed by your eye care professional and that you are wearing successfully. By continuing with your order you confirm that you are successfully wearing the selected lenses for which you have a valid prescription.
